"Julia's cakes are a triumph. As her gift to me for my 60th birthday party, she created an amazing cake for me reminiscent of the times we have shared. My love of "Titanic" (the movie) coupled with lost belongings....was completely encapsulated in the masterpiece (that's what all my friends called it). The keys and mobile phone in the sea were so clever.....I also dressed as a Dalek at the party...you can see me in the Kate Winslet position with my zimmer frame. On the iceberg was my Ford Ranger truck.....which I crashed...and so much more.

Not only was it visually totally splendid....it was gorgeous to eat! It was shared between the 120 guests....and Epping Upland Junior School and an elderly persons unit nearby. There were thumbs up all round.

It is a joy to see a cake crafted specifically for you. It is so easy to buy a cake from the local supermarket....but nothing is better than something as special as a mass of memories in front of you for all to see and digest."
